The timeline for seeing results varies from person to person and depends on multiple factors such as your starting point, goals, and consistency with the plan we create together.
• In 2–4 weeks: You may notice improvements in energy levels, mood, and overall fitness performance.
• In 4–8 weeks: When following the program consistently, most clients begin to see visible changes in their body composition including fat loss and muscle definition.
• After 12 weeks: You can expect significant progress, such as increased strength, improved endurance, and dramatic physical changes.
